I win awards. This means I am consistent with my sales, agents don't get consistent with sales unless they have consistenly happy clients who feel confident in referring them business. My awards are given on a national level and are especially significant in today's challenging market. 

Recently, I was recognized by my peers and featured in two realtor magazines for "The Next Generation of Realtors", recognizing hard working, inspired young agents in the Richmond area, and again as a "Rising Star Profile" in Broker Agent Magazine.  I am currently working towards GRI designation which requires special education above and beyond the normal educational requirements.
